Ok so I took betwen 50-100mcg (prob closer to 50 since i did not get it all out of the needle) of cheque drops under my tongue tonight, about 30 minutes before workout.
I felt a mild rise in aggression and strength and did 25# more on bench than I did last week.
tonight I did 185 X 10 255 X 5 295 X 2 300 X 1
last week I maxed at 275 x 2.
I am 27yrs 5'10", 180# body weight
Next week ill try upping the dose to 100mcg and see what happens.
