    days to injec

    Should you pick a certain day to shoot based on your weekly routine? Does shooting the day before a muscle group is worked, have any great effect on that one than anyother?

    i shoot mon and thurs. ez to remember and has nothing to do with my workout routine.
    you have to find the days that work best for you.

    no, i just shoot mon. and thurs. also.
    i've done wed. and sun. too
    just whenever it fits best in your schedule, just be consisant.
