Need some help planning Prop/Winny cycle

Hey guys....I need some help planning my next cycle of Prop and Winny. I've heard too many different opinions about Prop and that I should only run it for 4 weeks. Anyone have any suggestions on how I should run it. Its my 3rd cycle. I'll be doing 100mg/eod of Prop and 50mg/ed of Winny. Thanks in advance!

run at least 75mg/ed of prop. u want your dose higher than the winny\
something like this

1-10 prop 75mg/ed
4 or 5-10 winny 50mg/ed
