Sustanon once a week!!

some of the bodybuilders at my gym are telling me that they had great gains off of sustanon only taking one shot once a week.
i know that due to the 2 short acting esters in sustanon that it should be used at least every 3 days.

My question is too any of you bros who have taken sustanon in this way and how did it work for you.?

I did it this way on my first cycle but I would not recommend it. I injected e3d on the second cycle and had much better results. If I were you I would inject at least twice a week but preferably once every three days.

i am only taking 250 mgs a week of sustanon so would it be better to split this up 2ce a week or three times a week?

also would adding prop and only taking one shot of sustanon be better than splitting this small amount up?

at 250mgs ew imo is a waste of test, i would run it at 500mgs at the least

this is my first cycle and i do not want to go to high on the sustanon and i do not have enough for 500mgs a week but i could add some prop if i need to.
if i went with just 250 mgs a week of sustanon how should i split the shots.

scrap the sust and do a single ester at 500mg a week, it'll cost you less. do NOT start a cycle until you have enough gear, which obviously you don't. Be patient bro

if you dont want frequent injections i would suggest a longer estered test. sust should be ran atleast eod IMO.

eod is fine but i got good gains off 500mg twice a week and sumtimes once a week shots werent bad as well

its not that i dont want eod injections its just that i only have enough sustanon to do 250 mgs a week.
i can get my hands on some prop pretty easy but i dunno on more sustanon so could someone help me out on what i should do

either 250 split up 2ce a week or should i add more of something else
