Whats the best cycle and dose for Clen ?

I would like to cut a few more bdf % points to get below 10% before I run a bulking cycle. I was thinking of using some clen. But I am getting confused by all the different posts on clen. Some say 2 weeks on 2 week off others say 2 days on 2 off. Some alternate with ECA, some do both together. Most agree that you should ramp up slowly starting with 1 pill then 2, 3 up to 6 or 7 per day. Some combine it with anavar or winny.

Can anyone help me make sense of all this?

For first timers try:
day 1-2, 1 tab
day 3-5, 2 tabs
day 6 -9, 3 tabs
day 10 - 14, 4 tabs

You have it down pretty much, the cycle is 2 weeks on 2 weeks off starting with the one and working your way up. Use ECA on weeks off, the basics those are.

especially during the first 2 week cycle, you need to figure out what works for ya. take one pill on day 1, 2 on day 2, 3 on day 3, etc. when you get to day 6, stay at 6 pills until day 14. when you're off for 2 weeks, take an eca twice a day.
