    Was reading on other forums and....

    Came across guys recomending glutamine during cycle, and creatine in with PCT....
    Any of you guys ever heard of that?

    Sure, ive used and will continue use creatine in pct.
    I started Creatine week 11 of my 12week test cycle, and used it through the whole pct period.
    i felt great during pct, just lost some weight but mostly water i guess.
    I would recomend it though bro!!
    About the glutamine , ive heard some positive sides about it.
    Never tried it myself though

    I do 10mg glutamine a day. 5mg in the morning and 5 mg before I go to bed. It will help in recovery.

    What kind of creatine would you recomand? Id like one that doesnt have sugar in it.....

    just get pure monohydrate and drink it with grape juice or some other fruity juice.

    also try endocre 3 made by bbs and like all creatine run it pct its Some good creatine! i think that the site sponsor carries it. and go for the glutamine!! good stuff. And the bro above is right. It really helps the recovery process.

    i buy the plain glut powder and take it about a tsp at a time. comes out to be about 15g's per day. it's a must! probably one of the most underrated supplements there is.

    That best creatine supplement I have used so far is something called No-Explode. It hypes you up before you even start working out. And for L-Glutamine, if you are intrested in growing you should have a non stop supply of this stuff. This should be considered a staple.

    If you go with creatine AND glutamine separate the glutamine from the creatine by an hour and a half and you should see maximum benefit. The reason being a decrease in synthesis will occur because both products will try to occupy the same muscle cells at the same time and only one will win out.

    ok let me see if I remember this right. 5g Glut before and after workouts correct? And isnt Creatine the same, before and after?

    How is AST mycronized L-Glute, and AST mycronized creatine?
    How big of tubs should I buy?
