Gain Lean Mass?
Hi everyone, My goal is to gain lean mass. Please give some advice on what I finally decided to cycle. Also how much lean mass will I gain with this cycle?

Week 10 Clomid 100mg ED

I'm not an expert, but must of the clomid cycles I have seen posted here has been 300mg first day. Then 100mg next 7 days & 50mg 7 days after that.:)

8 weeks is kind of long to run the winny. Most say to run it no more than 4-6 weeks, as it is a 17aa and harsh on the liver. I'm running winny for only 4 weeks at the end of my current cycle- As for what you will gain, there are too any variables too answer that(diet, training, rest, genetics, etc.)post some of your stats as big Al said, and the guys here will be able to help you better.

after reviewing many threads and learning my self
try 10weeks cycle
run it for 5-10weeks WINNY ,but im no expert,do a search on "WINNY' and u will see many cycles
let the experts do their job:)

Didn't see your other post there-This is probably not going to be what you want to hear, but IMO you have alot of natural growth left in you before you should think about juicing. At 5'10" 160 lbs, you should hold off for awhile. You've only been training a year and a half-I've been training for 7 1/2 years, and I just now started cycling. Post your diet and workout routine and we'll see what it looks like-
