    im taking sust 250 i want to.......

    im taking sust 250 and i want to get as mutch muscle as i can.....but at the same time i don't want to be bulky,,,,im a runner and a corner back...
    my question is this .....what kinds of sets do i do.....heavy.....light or what
    if you could help me, it would be great thanks....
    im 170lbs. 6'0" thanks

    my goals are to add 10-15 lbs of cut muscle........
    i want to take it for about 8-10 weeks or whatever yall think is best to get what i want.....im goin to take 250-500mg a week
    my cycle history consist of test ent. 250 for 10 weeks

    first off sust should be shot eod, hope you know that......second diet plays a huge role, deciding if you want to bulk or cut...also run liquidex and nolva throughout cycle that will help with bloat..as far as weights go I would not go heavy just cause your are on a cycle, work you way up gradually, with proper technique...hope this helps...

    perfectly said... I would defly rep out as often as you can and make sure you add cardio into your routine!!

    yes it does.......but i have a question what does
    sust should be shot eod....does that mean....eod......i was planning on shooting it in my butt.......is this right????

    Switch from Glutes, Quads, and Delts. If you shoot EOD with Glutes you won't have any fun

    Definitions:

    Anabolism= constructive metabolism characterized by the building of tissue into more complex living matter, mainly muscle.
    Anabolic= promoting anabolism
    Anabolic steroid = any one of several compounds derived from testosterone or prepared synthetically to promote general body growth, to oppose the effects of endogenous estrogen, or to promote masculinization effects. They have a chemical structure similar to cholesterol.
    Androgen= any steroid hormone that promotes male characteristics.
    Aromatize= the on take of feminine characteristics or feminization.
    Atrophy= refers to a state of deterioration usually within the muscle or bodily organ due to a lack of use or health.
    Catabolism= a complex metabolic process in which energy is liberated for use in work, energy storage, or heat production by the destruction of complex substances. Basically muscle tissue is broken down when a person is in a catabolic state and the use of anabolic steroids will change this.
    Cholesterol= a fatty substance found in animals that performs many vital functions and is synthesized by the liver and the adrenal cortex.
    Bitch Tits= a slang term for gynecomastia .
    Gynecomastia= an abnormal enlargement of one or both breasts in men. This condition is usually temporary due to a hormonal imbalance brought on by the use of steroids, however, can occur naturally as well.
    Freaky= A bodybuilding term used to describe a person who is huge and obviously on steroids.
    Fakes or basement drug= refers to counterfeit or fake steroids.
    Virilization= the process in which a person takes on the characteristics of a mature male. Masculinization.
    Gear= slang for steroids, syringes, anything associated with the use of steroids
    Juice= slang term for injectable steroids
    Dart, poke, ned, pin= slang terms for syringes.
    Thermogenisis= the production of heat. Raises metabolism making it easier to burn fat.
    Trade name= the name given to a particular substance by each company that manufactures it.
    Cycle= the time in which a certain supplement is taken. If you take a supplement for 6 weeks it is a 6-week cycle. Usually the time on a cycle is followed by the same amount of time off of the cycle.
    Libido= a persons sex drive.

    EOD means EVERY OTHER DAY. Meaning mond,wed,fri or tue thur sat . Anyways, I took sust at 500mg a week for 12 weeks and it did give me alot of water bloat. I recommend what the other guys are telling you and take some nov every day along with it to keep the water within reason.

    use the freakin' search! if you can't find the answers after doing research, then ask a legitimate question. sounds like you need to do ALOT of studying up on gear before you even CONSIDER doing a cycle.
