another quick water question

i was wonder how much cardio you guys reccomended for losing water weight from dbol and deca??? im also taking test before everyone jumps on me haha..

im dropping the dbol at the end of this week and i wanna keep my heart in shape and also lose some of this yucky water. i cleaned up my diet as of yesterday so im back on track i think...

just curious as far as # of days you boys would recommend

no no my diet was good. just not crystal clean...like i was eating junk and stuff....i always got lots of protein and stuff
