    Question How much Milk Thistle a day?

    Just wondering if the 400mg of milk thistle (the brand from GNC) is enough, I also take b-6 with my mega men vitamins, I am taking 30mg dbol a day is why I was wondering (plus 1 cc sus e3d, and 0.5cc prop ed)

    Take a gram a day. And make sure the label says"Standardized to Silymarin 80%"

    yeah it says that on the back under the mg rating, the "standardized to silymarin 80% 160mg" so I have to take 5 of the 200 mg a day?
