it depends on how long i run them for dont it ill try do 3 a year 2 for bulking and one cutter

Time off = Time on. Usually 3 months on and about 4 off, so I guess that's about 2 a year for me as well.

for me i have done two this year and got some good gains from my two, but i haven't lifted in about 3 months due to some personally problems. i am finally gotten over some of myproblems so i am going to start working out again later part of the week. any advice to give me to getting started on growing again were i have been off for so long?
