delts, by far the least painful spot and easier to do then glutes. it usually hurts when i inject into my thighs for some reason.

I've used just about every square inch of the glutes but I know you should avoid going too low. I believe there are some nerves you need to avoid down there. Quads are just to painful for me. I must be a wuss but I stick to the glutes.
I had my first injection on the quad yesterday and I cant even feel it...(yet) Maybe it will start hurting later, but I dont think so. I like the quad, its easy to see what you are doing.

Quads are great... i do them almost everyday when on cycle, bi's are good aswell and let's not forget calfs. Traps once in while, but they seem to get more sore then other spots.
Quads feel kinda funky to me. It feels as if the needle is pinching your muscle. The glutes, I dont feel anything
quads are too easy! dont know how people reach their glutes..
