well im into week 3 of 400mg/day i was gonna stop but i have lost 7lbs in that time and i havnt really been concentrating on my diet or suffering from heavy swets
so to all those that are on dnp cycles, stay safe and dont be worried if your weight loss doesnt show untill u come off, my theory is the amount of weight u put on is equal to the amount of water you store, so when you loose all the water your true weight will be revield.
thats just my opinions
