Its fun...little shakey...shes tremblin...I started out at .40mcg and shes a .20mcg. Gonna run 2 weeks on 2 weeks off for a bit. She wants to be a little leaner come the tennis season here in a few months...And im just a fat ass.. ;)

I ran clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off i only worked my way up to 60mcg and im on my 2 weeks off right now but i dropped around 11lbs so im happy with it
She could have started at 10mcg too and you at 20mcg if it's your first clen cycle but it's too late to make any changes now. Good luck! And I hope that your fat ass will take itself elsewhere after this cycle :lol:

Wow you guys don't use very much clen. Well, whatever works for you. I ussually start with 150mcg and work up to 250mcg along with 200mcg of T3 using mallet's 7/5 method. I've had good results but now I like DNP better.
Just not that hardcore bro...plus im a firm believer of low doses then building up. im not trying to kill my gf.
clenbuterol did absolutly nothing for me , i had better results walking 5miles each day.
