    Clenbutrol

    Im 18 years old, 6'3, 155 and I have been trying to put on pounds for the past couple weeks. I intake about 4000 calories a day and about 150g of protien. I just got back from mexico and the guy in the pharmacy told me that clenbutrol woud help put on weight? Haha i think he just ripped me off but what do you guys say? they are .2mcg.

    Ya i thought so. I just wasnt sure because I have read some stuff on the internet saying it builds muscle. Is their any legal substances you can get at GNC or a health store?

    Yea Its called protein, and at 18 that should be your only concern, def. stay away from clen .

    Not just cuz the age at 6'3 and 155lbs you need to stay away from it. Up your intake of protein to 1-1.5 times your weight. And eat eat eat.

    Bro try getting about 300 grams of protein spaced evenly thruout the day - keep working - use some weight gainers
