    B-6 & B-12 dosages?????

Is 200 mg of B-6 toxic or harmfull in anyway? I also wanted to know how much B-12 to take, it's pill form? I know injectable is better but I have the pills, there 1000mcg a pill. Thanks

200mg is whats said should be taken but it could? possibly lead to nerve damage if exposed to long periods of time.

I dont really notice to much from oral b12 because it gets chewed up by the gut a lot.
I have gone all the way up to 5000mcg with only minor hunger so I would go from 1000mcg to 5000mcg

How could b6 be harmful if its just a vitamin?

    listen...

my understanding is that in general you can't overdose on water soluble vitamins b/c you piss out the excess. the same isn't true for the fat soluble ones (ADEK).

do a google search. you'll find tons on vitamin overdoses and deficiencies.
