clomid question

did you guys space out clomid dosages throughout the day or just take them all at once? just curious

I like to space my stuff out...It may not actually be changing much in the way of activity...but it makes me feel better (I think). If only taking a single dose per day...I always take it before bed...

i like to do it all at once that **** is so nasty i dont want to subject myself to multiple doses... i also take it before bed because i have heard of some people experiencing tracers in their vision with it.. so i do it right before falling asleep.

clomid's active life is about 12 hours, in that case it seems it would be more effective taken spaced out. example 8am & 8pm.

yeah i just found out the half life also thanx man. that makes more sense to me.. thanx guys for the opinions!

I believe nsa always told people to space it out so you have more of a constant flow of it in your system. Clomids half life is 12 hours so and 8am/8pm dose would be good. I think nolva is 35 hours so you could go once a day and be ok, dont hold me to that half life tho.
