Thanks guy's for your posts, I feel great about all your comments and welcoming.
I really am determined to try a cycle, tell me if i took a 8 week cycle using Deca+Winstrol how much weight do you think I could put on ? I Know that this cycle is not much, like nothing spectacular but It will be my first attempt.
I was planning to use primabolan with this cycle but i'm starting to feel that a can't afford it, the Dollar/Rand exchange is a nightmare.
If any of you could recommend a better alternative to my cycle I would be greatfull, keep in mind I'm a newbie and side affectes are still a concern.

And would you guys recommend clomid or hcg ?

EOD every other day

If this is your first cycle and you want to use deca and winnie go with this...

400 mg deca a week for 10 weeks
50 mg winnie everyday for weeks 6-12
clomid 3 days after last winnie dose 100 mg everyday for 10 days then 50 mg everyday for another 10 days.

How much you gain will depend on your training intensity, DIET, rest, and genetics.
