Hey i have a boxing fight coming up and i weigh in at 146 and i am 5'9. I need to get down to 132 in 3 months. Is there anything that i should take that could get me in around that, that will have some strenth and hardness on the muscles.

try some eca, it works for me. Some might say clen but that stuff after about 2 weeks makes me start to gain weight because it loses it effectiveness and it increases your protein synthesis.

Why in the world would you want to fight at 132lbs if you're 5'9 :eek: Seems grossly underweight to me for that height
