i would take both but if i had to choose i would take the clen first because the results u may get with the clen may be all that u need. if u like to eat sloppy then do the cytomel. i am about to take 100 clennys with 21 cytomel and 40 25mg winni pills. the true answer to ur question would depend upon ur weight, eating habits and goals. if u gave me these specifics i could give u a more specific answer.
