    A few days off.

I got my wisdom teeth taken out on Monday, the 18th, an I figure I won't be able to work out for a total of like 5-6 days. I haven't taken time off from training in a long time so I figure my body needs it, but I am on a cycle right now, so my question is, am I going to come back better, or or this going to be detrimental?

Yeah I just get crazy paranoid thinking that I'm not doing anything and all my hard work is going to waste. It's just mental I guess.
