D-Bol 30 mg Every day (week 1-5)
Primo/ 300-500 mg (week 1-10)
Proviron / Every day 25 mg ( week 1-18)
Clomid 300mg 1st day then 100mg (week 15-18)

Now the B-6.... i was told that i shouldnt take it evry day but, i allso have been told i should be on 200mg evry day to... so mabey somone can help me clear this mess up.

make the test AT LEAST 500 - forget the 300- part.
if your doing 500 of primo then the test can go up even more

1-12 Test E 250mg E3.5D
1-12 Primo 250mg E3.5D
1-12 Proviron 25mg ED
1-12 10mg Nolva ED (20mg throughout PCT)

PCT 2 wks after last Primo and Test shot.


Should have no real need to run an AI during PCT because you may actually run estrogen levels too low. However, you may still run .25mg Ldex ED during PCT without a problem.

However, do not run proviron during PCT because it is inhibitory of the HTPA.

Primo is a fairly mild steroid , so running it the same dosage as the Test shouldn't be a problem.

Run the Test E the same length as Primo so the enanthate esters clear around the same time.

Looks good, For PCT IMO clomid is more important than nolvadex , but if you want to use it you can get your nolvadex from AR.
