    PCT and sick

    I am currently in PCT and have been sick for the last few days. I went to the doctor and he said its a virus that will just have to run its course. Any suggestions on how to minimize the damage? I don't feel like eating or even moving.

    that sucks id say as much rest as you can for a couple days then make up for it...
