like deca, test e, and dbol. are you super strict on your diet or do you indulge after your workout and stuff??

If it is a bulking diet I make sure I eat 5 clean meals a day.....any hunger after that is a free for all.....(within reason of course.)
During bulk I eat everything I can get ahold of but I don't eat to much sweets. It isn't good 4 you (like aas is) :lol:

Bulker diets are pretty clean for me. I like to eat about 5-6 clean meals and I might add in something that isin't on "the list", but that's what I need because for the most part my diet is chicken, steak, eggs, oatmeal, yams, potatoes, brown rice, veggies etc... and I go crazy after a while of eating the same thing day in and day out.
However, when I am dieting down to get cut, it's clean, clean, clean eating for me.
ya cutting is clean as hell...but bulking so good times for a bodybuilder
