    Thumbs down losing weight on pct

    just completed 15 weeks test / deca cycle im on my 2nd week of pct, clomid
    300,100,50 and 20mg nolva. i gained 20 lbs and already im down 9 lbs in just two weeks of pct. i am training just as hard as when i was on and eating the same. i thought the weight would stay on much longer.
    time on = time off my ass, i am hitting another cycle after my pct. have to put that weight back on. what do yall think?

    ya dont play it ddumb, let your body recooperate, get your test levels checked and look at your testosterone count buddy, dont think running a cycle isnt anything to be played around with.

    increase your calories and intensity in the gym right now.

    strength is just as good, cycle was 15 weeks = test E 600 and deca 400, nolva and i dex when needed. pct clomid and nolva. 20 pounds gained - 9 lost so far.

    make sure your eating a bit more than while on cycle bro! whats your diet look like currently and what was it before your cycle?

    eating the same if not a bit more . could of been some water retention ?

    of course your going to loose the water retention but i would think as fast as you are bro....gains go away slowly

    I went thru the same thing. If you are keeping the strength, you are keeping the muscle. You are just loosing the water. Test/Deca is known for that. Hang in there. When the water is gone, you will see the quality gains of your cycle. I am guessing you propably will not loose much more than you already have. Keep your diet high in cals and protein and you will be fine. Remember... if you are keeping all the strength, all you are loosing is the shyt that does not belong there anyways!
