how often to inject eq

ok guys everyone is giving me a different opinion on how often to inject eq, is it better to inject every 3 days? two times a week?. or does it really not make much of a difference. thats all i need to know thanks.

test prop 50mg/eod week 1-4
sust 700mg/week 1-13
eq 500mg/week1-12
winny 50mg tab eod week 9 -15
