    best time for working out

    morning afternoon night? also can steroids go bad lol like an expiry date?

    depends what your day and sleeping patterns look like. I like to work out in the morning so i have all day to feed my body. And yes steroids can go bad, whatever your using should have an expiration date on it..

    a trainer at my gym said the ideal time to workout is around 4 pm, he said it has something to do with the sun and how your body works off that... I've tried it a few times and i do say that i feel a little more energy at this time.

    If you are working out your abs then afternoon is best.

    Yes steroids can go bad.....i like workoing out in the after noon but sometimes i do in the middle of the night

    Me too, I like to w/o @ about 3 or 5pm, but sometimes I can't so gotta w/o later @ night. I like it though, believe it or not after getting home, eating, and taking a hot shower I sleep like a baby. You should check your bottles for exp date. Good luck!
