eca stands for

its a stack that works good together. It makes the effects more powerful than ephedra by itself.
most ephedra pills are sold as an herb form called ma huang(xenadrine, hydroxycut etc) that contains ehpedra, while ephedra hcl is the hydrochloride(finished product) form of the herb.

anyhow, I've done both and I would go with the ECA if you can get it. What I reccomend to people is to run clen for 2wks then 2wks of eca. Do that combination for 2 months and you'll lose a lot. What are your stats anyway? like age, weight, bf....

epphedrine hcl is the only one available now anything that says "supplement" and is associated with ephedrine has been banned. Its only use now is for asthma patients and must be purchased as such. Since most ephedrine hcl tabs come with guaf. which is supposed to be a bronchodilator, but doesn't effect the bodybuilding community much as it helps us to breath better while working out.

you can get ephedra at walmart...you should start off dieting and working out 6 times a week(cardio and low resistance weight training)...once you start to hit a platuea and not losing any more weight go to a eca stack for 2 weeks on 2 weeks off...during the 2 weeks off use low dose clen...so itll be 2 weeks on the eca stack then 2 weeks on the clen and back and forth...that has worked wonders for many women i have advised...
im sorry, but i am SO confused. Now im not so sure what to take. At first i wanted to take ECA, but im not to sure about aspirin all the time. Now i wanna take HCL, but im still not sure what it is? what is this green tea extract im seeing???

I'm currently taking ECA twice a day and it's working well. I suggest you try it, and if it doesn't work well you can always stop and switch to something else. You don't have to take the asprin.... but I would because it helps the effect.
Green Tea...... welll some people use it instead of the asprin (mostly bodybuilder types because asprin can be catibolic). Since you're a girl I don't think you will really worry about losing a little bit of muscle (maybe i'm wrong?).
Trust me KEEP IT SIMPLE! You will hear a million different things.... but ECA has been used for a long time by Men and Women and it's been very successful!
IMO..... if you don't know alot about these different drugs.... use the search button and RESEACH...RESEARCH... RESEARCH! And remember.... keep it simple.... and depend more on the diet and cardio than the drugs.
