over doing it?
i dont kno if im suposed to post this on tha power lifting forum or if i can on here (i saw only one person was looking at tha powerlifting forum) but for my bench work out... 8 sets of flat bench, 4 sets of incline, 4 sets flat bench machine, 4 sets dumb bell bench, 4 sets of flies
that too much for one work out or is that fine? i jus started my cycle so i wanna get as much out of it as possible

I've been competing powerlifting and still am when I'm in the mood . And I think you're overdoing it yeah. Drop one exercise...alternate the exercises from week to week.

which one? flies? or drop like dumbell or flat bench alternating those week to week?

If you're competing powerlifting I wouldn't drop flat bench. Alternate incline bench or flat dumbell. Try to stick with 3-4 exercises.

i do decline every now and then, just never have a spotter so its a lil hard for me
