    How do you know when you're fully recovered?

    Simple question -how do you know? Your test levels? Sex drive? What if one's up and the other's down or vice versa?

    Any ideas?

    Thats why so many people use time on = time off because its a guessing game unless you get blood work done then you know for sure when to go back on, or else use the failsafe meathod.

    for me its when i feel like i wanna spank it 3 times a day.. thats from recovering after finishing a cycle that is...lol

    you need to do baseline bloodwork PRE cycle. Then you have something to compare against after PCT.

    The longer the cycle the harder it is to get back to baseline.

    Bllodwork is only way to be 100% but I tend to go by how I am feeling and by how I am recovering from my workouts as tests do cost cash

    Yeah, I just posted a thread asking about that.
    So back to my thread...

    If a person's sex drive is down post cycle it's usually right after the cycle or later?

    Reason I'm asking is cuz my test levels came back normal a few weeks after the cycle but the longer it's been since then (six months now) the lower my sex drive gets. It was great for the first few months after.

    A few months after the cycle I went into fat loss mode since I'd put some on -lower cals, more cardio. That's when the sex drive started going into the tank.

    So maybe it's not post cycle recovery but just the stress from losing fat that's doing it?
