what should i take after my cycle to keep my gains? tribulus tribosten or something else?

u have alot to learn bro, do a search on pct and clomid.

clomid is what you'll need, you can buy it from any research company. After your last test e shot, you'll wait two weeks, then do:

300mg day 1
100mg day 2-11
50mg day 12-21

if you buy from a research company its orally taken, not injected.

Yeah bro there really is alot of things you need to read up on to keep those gains. Your gonna have to change you diet and your workout intensity. Things that are good during PCT is.

Tribulus that is either tribestan or bio-test brand. It does matter which kind of Tribulus you buy.

Creatine is a must to keep some of that water weight.

And Dhea has some benifit during PCT.

All of them, there is a forum on PCT, check it out, alot of good tips.

Normally my pct consists of: Tribosten brand of Tribulus, ZMA, Nolvadex, Satur8 Creatine Cocktail and Nitrix. Usually this always works and I retain much of what I gained but my last go-around lasted 36 weeks and my test didn't recover like it should so I added 10,000IU's of HCG and that did the trick.
