Stats 180, 5'8, 22yo, 15% b/F. Should crack 200 easy

Run the prop at 50mg ED. Your PCT needs modifying, read up on it in the PCT forum. And...always..ALWAYS run test past deca by a week or two.

i would do

1-10 500mg test/week
1-9 3-400mg deca/week
1-4 100mg prop EOD
12-15 PCT
1-15 nolva 10mg ed

11-13 Prop 150mg EOD or 75mg ED

14 x 3-4 wks pct with nolva and clomid (check pct threads)

you should run the test 1 week longer than deca to line up pct
