eating question please help!
my cycle is
wk1-10 deca 300, 400mg
wk1-12 test 250 500 1-2, then 3-12 750
dbol 50mg ed 1-4
nolva 10mg ed
clomid pct 13-15
my problem is i want to up my calorie but with work it has been very hard. i try to eat 6 x's a day. but lately i dont have the time at work so i eat twice or three times when i get home. at 5:00 go to gym then 8:00 then 10:30. is this to much before i go to bed. usually around 12:00am. i eat clean. i want to try to keep calories at 3000 +. i wanted this to be my bulking cycle! any help, suggestions, please feel free to speak your mind. thanks to all. :lift:
