Run the test 1-2 wks longer than the deca.
Run the Nolva ed from start through pct
200mg a week of a deca is a waste
Also you might want to bump up the Deca to 200mg e3d
What are my advantages of running the Nolva for the whole cycle?
Secondly (without starting an argument) Research shows that there is no greater effect from taking deca at 100mg E3D or at 200mg.
Plus I have always had great gains at this dose! Take into account that I am only 180 :lift:

Nandrolone Decanoate and Laurate (usually referred to as Deca)
This steroid binds very well to the AR and doesn't aromatize. It can produce moderate gains in muscle mass with little water retention. However, it, like oxymetholone, can be progestenic leading to water retention when higher dosages are used.
In clinical settings, dosages are around 50 to 100 mg every three to four weeks. Bodybuilders use around 300 to 800 mg per week. The decanoate ester has a half-life of six to eight days and the laurate ester commonly seen in veterinary products has a slightly longer half-life.

Yeah my last cycle by about week 7 the bros at the gym were giving me heaps for having chubby chops :unsure: Is there any negative effects that this can have? Such as inhibiting any growth/strength that could be going on?
What do you think of the cycle in general? Should get some good gains ay?

what "research" shows there no differance between 200 and 400mg a week of deca i would like to see this.

That is right now. I started a cycle yesterday. 2 years ago when I first started I was 132 so im happy at the moment. Ill dig out some old pics of me 2 years ago and also take one now, you will faint lol :eek:
