bro do some research drol can be used to jump start a cycle for the first few weeks if using a long acting ester such as test e or test cyp.
running sust for 3-4 is pointless. run at a mininum of 10 weeks.
if this is your first cycle run a single ester such as test e or test cyp for 10 weeks at 400-500mg/week.
run nolva right through to PCT and during, and use l-dex or letro for bloat.
do some research bro, that is not a cycle, what are your stats?
