    Food Intake while on PCT

How many times should one eat after the last Injection of cycle or on PCT.
Is it still advisable to eat like a hoarse?

Keep eating...if you want to keep the gains you will need the calories. Of course if you eat a lot of fatty calories you will just get soft. Try and keep it clean to a degree and keep the protein high. A good marker is the 1.5-2 grams of protein for every pound of body weight.

I think he means lots of bad fatty crap like pizza, burgers, chips and plain crap. Try to stick with chicken, steaks, pork, eggs, tuna, veggies, fruits and good stuff. I basically like to say that every meal should be like a good ole Sunday dinner...Meat, Veggies, Fruits and maybe even some potatoes (if you a bulking).

I eat 8 eggs (6 whites and 2 yolks) with 3 Turkey Sausage. Also, one cup of oatmeal with pecans. I eat that every morning, every day. Cholesterol is fine so I am not reducing the egg yolks. Yet.

Sure...Egg Beaters are great but usually real eggs are cheaper and I eat so much protein I have to cut corners when possible. But, yeah substitutes seem to be fine on the protein scale. Real foods are usually the best source of protein IMO.

I buy bags of frozen chicken breasts at Sam's Club. I eat so many I think I may sprout feathers soon.

    Jayman,
After your PCT, do you ever reduce your caloric intake,(when your off cycle)?
Or do you keep a constant high calorie, CLEAN diet all year round?
Reason I ask is that your avatar,(which I am assuming is you) is EXACTLY the look I am striving to acheive....and I have a h*ll of a long way to go too, I might add!

I eat constant the whole year long. Mostly low fat proteins (chicken, turkey, egg whites, etc.). Also, 2 or 3 protein shakes a day. I eat a lot of oatmeal and brown rice for carbs and veggies. I cheat once a week, usually it is one big meal and it's almost always pizza. I try to drink more than a gallon of water a day as well.
