ive been told that the pre-cautionary messures you are using to combat estrogen may be overkill. Im on my first cycle too right now, 2ndweek.
I was going to take nolva and femera daily but i heard that is overkill and its good to have them on hand. It may be counter-productive.
I dont know when bloat is the worst but Im not taking anything now and i admit im alittle bloated but nothing serious. Does anyone know when the bloat comes in full-effect? I drink 2gallons+ of water daily.
