I just recently finished a bulking cycle and started my pct today. I also have about 135 tabs of clenbuterol that are 0.02mg each that im going to include so i can lower my body fat and keep better gains. So my question is how my should i take a day and for how long? If i need more than 135 i can get some more just give me some input. Also how should my diet be now that im off my cycle? My goal is to lose BF but keep as much muscle as possible.
