I am about to stack for the first time. Last time I took Organon Sustanon from Pakistan and gained 14 lbs and kept 7. If I do the same exact Sustanon 500/wk and Upjohn Deca 400/wk (both of which are legit) how much weight should I gain and keep? Perhaps you guys have experiences with this..... thanks bros.

Who knows how much weight you will gain and keep, it all depends on your diet and PCT, You should be able to keep almost all of it.
whats your diet and workout look like, and yes deca is great..
I train everything once a week heavy weight, medium number of reps. My diet is fantastic. I eat any meat I can get me hands on. Daily protein: 200; daily calorie 3000 plus, My cycle will be for 8 weeks.
im running sust and deca, i just finished my 6th week and i am up from 166lbs to 199lbs. my diet and lifting has been very good. only 14lbs? try a different kind of sust. deca is great in my opinion.
