yeah just be a mann bro it will pay off..i injected 150mgs of QV STAN 100 in my delt it was a good pain and got me hard
yes it hurts and yes it puts you off but worth it you could dilute it.

Inject it, I was afraid of needles at first and then I got used to them.. efraid of prop and the pain days after, got used to it, you will get used to it, no pain , no gain, good luck.
