What should i take to get shredded???

I just finished taking an 8 week cycle of deca 300 and winnie 100.
I started off with the deca at 250 a week and slowly increased until i got to 400 at midpoint than i slowly came down. i took the winnie twice a week at 100 mg each time. i was able to drop from 14% body fat to about 9.5% and i gained 4 pounds. i am an amteur at this stuff, but i want to finish this off the right way so that i dont have to continually do this. i was thinking about taking about 2 months off and trying a cycle of winnie, primo and clen to get shredded. can anyone give me some advice about taking this cycle to get shredded and how much it might take to get me absoultely ripped. i appreciate any advice.

Clen did nothing for me, I got better results from Winny. Personally I think, you should try EQ, that will harden you up and cut you up. Maybe try some test with that. JMO.

COKE. Ha. Dude I have seen many a girls at my school try the coke diet. It works but dude seriously what would make person to do such a thing. Its a great way to fuck your life up REAL QUICK.

EQ & Winney along with a low carb diet with alot of protein.
That coke s**t will rip you in a hurry in more ways than one.

How about just cutting out the carbos and doing some cardio. Seemed to work just fine for my mate and he won the Australian Naturals for his division. Try a ketogenics diets also.

I would like to make a non-drug recommendation that I use to get ripped. I stack Muscle-Tech's Hydroxycut with Xenadrine and see awsome results. I don't really know how this compares to Clen. but I really shred the water and fat. You don't want to get the shakes and sweats so start off slowly and work your way up to 12 hydroxycut and 4-6 Xenadrine a day. You will really start to see the results kick in at about the 4 week period.
