    Question Lean Bloat-Free Muscle On A First Cycle- What Do You Recommend???

    Guys, I wanted to know if you could offer me some advice. I'm 30 years old, 6'3" 220-225lbs and 8-9% bodyfat. I've been training off and on for 12 years, the last 2 years consistently. I've been planning my First Cycle for roughly 2 years now. I wanted to get in the best shape possible before starting. My goal is to add 12-15lbs of lean, hard BLOAT-FREE muscle over 16 weeks while keeping the sides low to moderate. I've been following Bask8kace's posts & progress and think I want to go the low dose route. Here's what I came up with. Let me know what you think.

    Test Enanthate @375mgs for weeks 1-16
    Deca @100-200mgs for weeks 1-10
    Femara@1.25mgs EOD(To keep me hard & dry throughout)
    500ius of HCG every 4th day

    I'm NOT using the Deca for the anabolic effect. I had ACL surgery on my knee 5 years ago. It bothers me every now and then when I go heavy on Legs. So, I'm using Deca for the joint lubing properties. My goal is to reach 235-240lbs and 8-9% bodyfat. What do you think???

    I would add some proviron , to help harden a little more.

    Have you thought about Anavar ?..lean Gains with it.

    Forget the proviron , the letro is MORE than enuff. adding proviron at this point would not only be pointless but could fukk up your lipid profile.

    Edge, Anavar has never crossed my mind. The reason being is from all the research I've done over the past 2 years, Test for a 1st cycle is the BEST option. Plus, I already have the Test Enanthate .

    TJONTJ, Femara(Letro) is VERY strong. It eliminates virtually all water retention. If you're using Enanthate , it'll make it look like you're using Prop. I've seen it first hand from guys that have used it.

    u should be fine...im running test 400, deca , and anadrol with no AI just nolva for a SERM and i have almost no bloat...my abs are visable..and not puffy face or anything...maybe i just dont bloat

    I don't know, guys. I've decided to up the Test Enanthate to 500mgs for 12-16 weeks along with the Femara and the low dose of Deca (100-200mgs/wk) for my joints. My calories will start out at 4500 a day with 450 grams of Protein, 400 grams of carbs & 125 grams of Fat(Mostly, Olive & Flax Oil).
