    Liquidex made me lose 6lbs in one day?

    I weighed my self last night and I was at 200lbs. I steped on the scale tonight and it was 194.

    Would only .5mg of liquidex make me lose that much water in one day?

    I also worked out today, no cardio but I didnt work out the day before...

    It might if you were holding a crapload of water in you from whatever cycle you're on. ie if you're on drol or dbol or deca , etc.

    i lost about 2 or 3 lbs on the scale every time i took ld. i only took it when i was looking more puffy than usual.

    could be a combination of things... if i weigh myself at night compared to in the morning theres a change and i know for a fact that i didnt lose muscle. Some of your weight loss was probably water but theres other factors that contribute as well.

    Im on a dbol /tren enan/test cyp cycle. 4th week. I was up 11lbs but now im up about 6lbs. Oh well it was just water hopefully.

    its not that uncommon for people to go and down weight 5ilb a day. somtimes if i dont eat right for a day it happens.

    yea my weight is crazy.... i fluctuate anywhere from 200-210 during any given week...
