Dr. just died; need blood work soon

I was planning to have my precycle blood work done this week. Unfortunately my doctor died in a plane wreck this weekend and needless to say I can't go there to get my blood work done. In the past he has always just tested the aspects he felt necessary given my AAS usage, but now that he has passed I need to tell a new Dr. what tests I want run. What would be the ideal test to have done. Obviously I want Test/Free Test/Estrogen/IGF-1/Thyroid/Cholesterol/RBC/WBC/Creatine, but what else would be a good idea to have done??

Check with your local university. If they have a health center, nursing school, med school, etc they may have the capabilities of performing blood work for little cost.

haha no I'm going to his funeral and all, but I'm not going to let it set my cycle back by any means.
I was actually looking for a new Doc anyway that was more inclined to deal with AAS related issues and it looks like I will definetly have to do that now. He has been my doctor all my life and a family friend so it was a bit upsetting.
