d bol question

hey guys just a question about administiring d bol. with a half life of a about 4 hours do you guys think it is more effective to take them periodically through out the day,to maintain even blood levels or take them all at once maybe before training for a higher peak. O r may be a mixture of both 1 every couple of hours with a higher dose before training. Pls let us no what u guys think.

I've done it both ways and never noticed a difference.

I like them an hour or two b4 the gym...tried then both ways ...not a real difference....jmo

You should space it out that your last dose is 6 hours before you go to bed, b/c while you sleep your test levels go up. In that case you don't want dbol interfering with your natural production of test. Peace

shoulda looked this one up bro i asked the exact same question about two weeks ago and got some good feedback on it... just something to keep in your mind in the future SEARCH...
