I'm on my first cycle and drink much more than what you do. I drink about 4 to 5 cups ED. I would say it has no affect, at least on me.

what i find to be affective is do drink it when you get up in the morning on an empty stomach then go to some cardio. you will burn fat like its going out of style

the caffeine in the coffee will dehydrate you (if you drink enough) so make sure to up the water intake slightly... i think a professor in one of my college classes said for everyone one serving of caffeine you need two serving of water to reverse the diaretic effects...

black coffe in the morning before cardio really helps shed some LBS.you should be fine but it is a stimulant so you might want to keep an eye on your BP

Nothing wrong with black coffee, caffeine metabolises fat.

I just drank a c of coffee before the gym and I'm bouncing off the walls. A bit jittery as well. Next time I'll drink much less.
