10 amps of sustanon 250. 20 ampules of deca 200 mg for bulking and 6 to 8 wks of winnie and some clen. maybe 2 wks.
im planning on doing the test 1st and while on my 6 shot start with deca 400mg a wk and planning on doing the winny after im done with the bulking.
btw im 210 pounds, 6'1 and about 15% bf. im training hard...and work out 5 days a wk and got a good diet going on.
