Want to start 1st cycle, what to use?

Want to start 1st cycle, what to use?

I want to start a 1st cycle but im unsure as to what to use. My co-worker told me if I wanted to get the best size and strength for me to stack the following products.

Anabolic Steroids

- Sustanon @ 250mg, injected once a week, for 8 weeks
- Russian Dianabol @ 25-30mg a day, with the dose divided into three, and taken through out the day for 5 weeks.
- Deca Durabolin @ 200-300mg a week for 8-10 weeks.

Anti Estrogens

- Arimidex
- Clomid

Im 23yrs old, 166lbs, 5’9” .. now my question is..

- Is this a good setup for a 1st time user?
- How much would I need of each?

Forget wht your co worker said because he is wrong if i were you i would do
WK 1-10 Test E 300-500mg
Nolva ED 10mg
Pct week 12

personally i wouldnt go with that JMO...i would go with somthing like::
wk1-12 test e 500mgs/wk
wk1-10 deca 300-400mgs/wk
wk1-12 nolva 10mgs/ED
wk14-17pct
if u dont wanna go with such a high dose then bignatt has a good 1st cycle written up there to...good luck bro

Why would you..

- Take Testosterone Enanthate over Sustanon? I thought Sustanon was a combination of all 4 tests, thus giving better results.

- Not take D-Bol with Deca?

- Why not take Arimidex instead of Nolvadex?

sust is not exactly better then enth or cyp. I've never used it so I can't say anything for it or against it as far as results go. I will say this, it needs to be shot eod because of the 4 esters that are in sust 2 of them will affect you blood levels within a few days then they would fall if you don't shoot again. This is why I would prefer enth to sust. You ccan shoot enth e3d and be fine. Also sust, from what I've heard and people I've talked with say that sust produces a nice amount of pain after the injection.

For a first cycle, IMHO, you would be using too much gear. I'd go with a test only cycle for your first endavor to the dark side. Leave the dbol for another cycle.

Arimidex or Nolva??? Take nolva throughout your cycle and add in the dex during PCT.

No flame on ya bro, but I think that you need to do more research before you start juicing. Take your time and know everything that you are going to put into your body. This is not a game, and should not be taken lightly.

JMO if its a first cycle i would keep it simple get ur body used to the hormones before just loading it up with stuff its not used to again said JMO...

Thanks for the helpful info.

Im asking questions since i want to learn as much as i can before I actually do it.

doctors and experienced users have all told me that arimidex is 10x as good as nolvadex and you only need to take 1/2mg a day....as for your first cycle here is your basic....
25mg dbol a day for 3 weeks...in the 4th week i did as follows....day 1 25mg dbol, day 2-4 20mg of dbol, 5-7 15mg of dbol.
400mg of test cypionate or test enan
300mg of decadurabolin
1/2mg of arimidex a day throughout cycle...and youll need some clomid for post cycle.

just use test e and thats it.. along with 10mg nolva ed until PCT. dont stack right yet because you may have bad effects with one and you would never know which one. Plus your body will grow on the use of just test. IMO

Bro, do you realize Sust has to be shot EOD??? NOT once a week? Thats why it's much better to start with Cyp or Enan!!!!!!

Let me give you some more advise. First off you need to slow down and do some research. You need to run your cycle for 10 weeks. 2nd. Make sure you run your DECA 100mg less than your test. Make sure you run your Test 1 week longter than the DECA. But most important, if this is your first cycle, you don't need that much gear! Start with a Test only cycle and see how your body reacts.

EXAMPLE:

Week 1-10 Test Enan 500mg EW
Week 1-10 Nolva - 10mg ED
Week 1-10 L Dex .25mg ED
PCT - CLOMID - 2 weeks after last test injection.

GREAT FIRST CYCLE!!!

No problem bro. Hmmm, personally, I have never had to use NOLVA, I have never had to use L Dex, but thats just me. Some people bloat up big time. When I create a cycle, I try to think of the persons best interest. It's always best to have stuff on hand because if you don't, it will come back to haunt you!

My first cycle was 100mg/week of test enenthate (sterris) for 10 weeks. Went from 160 to 205 while eating like a nut job.

Id say to 500mg/w of test ull be good to go..........

12 weeks dosages would be split up into 2 shots
500mgs -tes cyp/ethanate
400mgs -equipoise
20mg nolva if you need it
and a proper pct with proper DIET enough SLEEP and intense TTRAINING easy 20lbs of lean mass

Juat listen to us, and only to a test only cylce. you will be amazed at how much you will gain in not only strength but size as well. just eat the right way and that will be the benefactor for you

yeah but take arimidex over nolvadex man....ive heard good stuff about it...and a lot of people say its better than nolva...but no doubt everyone is right about eating...****in eat a meal like every two-two and half hours...and make sure you've got amino acid pills to go with your meals so that you get all 25 amino acids to make it a complete meal.

test only would be the better pic for a 1st cycle thats all i used and had great results at low dosage to i did test e 250mgs for 10weeks if i could go back i would have done 500mgs for 10weeks so if i were u on a first time use go with somthing like this:
wk1-10 test e 500mgs/wk
wk1-10 nolva 10-20mgs ED
pct:clomid therapy 2wks after last shot of test

thats a good clean cycle for a first time user good luck bro and be smart(u only have one body)

How about this?....

Weeks 1-4: Dbol 30mg /week
Weeks 1-12: Test E 500mg /week
Weeks 1-12: Nolva 10mg /day

Weeks 15-18: Clomid and Nolva (PCT)

should I frontload with Dbol (russian d)?
