    cutting and bulking

    what are some of the best bulking AS and what are some of the best cutting AS? i just need some advice on what u guys think.. feel free to list bullking/ cutting cycles u have done and found to have worked well.. thanks alot ..

    well then im gonna tell him what everybody else probably has a million times, RESEARCH BEFORE YOU POST THESE THINGS. if you want ppl to respond to your questions at least have some knowledge to post to back yourself up and give you some credibility in here..

    yeah ok thanks.. let me make this clear then .. if u not going to say anything nice then dont saying at all.....i thought we all learned that in 1st grade.. now does anyone have any advice on what i am ASKING??

    and maybe you should of read the rules first about asking about things already answered 1000000000000000000 times by going to the handy search button and putting in somthing like i dont know.... "bulk cycle" "cutting cycle" i just did and got like 1000 threads.
