hey... just wonderin if yaz could help me out. My gym (that has the whole "if you lift seriously your looked down upon) recently posted this article about how we don't need any more then 50ish grams of protien and that any more taken in per day then that leads to kedney problems from pissing all the extra protien out....
i'd like to bring in some real info and i know there's some people on this board that really know their shyt
